When there was a risk of an identified pest problem, Eric came and did an assessment and he treated the house to ensure there would be no problems. I cannot believe we are finally living Roach free… it’s been a long journey with multiple pest companies to get to this point, with complicated transient renters in the downstairs suite, but Eric helped us get there. Hitman treated our house for cockroaches and I couldn't recommend them more. They were courteous, fast and they took the time to explain what they were doing and how it worked. I had a very good experience with this compamy from start to finish.They we quick to reply to a quote request and provided a detalied description of pricing and services.When I called to book an appointment they were courteous and were able to come out right away.The men that came to the house were warm, friendly and very knowlegable. I originally called them randomly to get some advice on our situation. They were very understanding and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I might have. They provided me with information on the entire process and fees. They went out of their way to accommodate us. They then were dealing with my mom for the actual appointments for the treatments and the customer service there was just as amazing. I've never dealt with a company so understanding and full of compassion. I would HIGHLY recommend them again! Hopefully we never have a reason to use them again, but if we do, they will be the first ones we call!

Great experience overall we had them come out to our place to do an ant treatment they placed traps in the house and outside. That first night we had tons of ant activity on a couple of the inside traps and by the next morning much less activity and by the next day haven't seen one ant. Great timely service that worked like a charm can't recommend them enough.

Hitman Exterminators did an inspection of the building in which my partner lives, which is managed by Saskatoon Housing Authority. They had been having rodent issues for years and SHA continued to do next to nothing and gaslighting tenants by saying, "The mice are not as bad as you say" and "No one else is complaining about this" and "We've already dealt with the issue". Within five minutes after arriving, Hitman Exterminators showed how the SHA approach was deficient and how simple, obvious measures would immediately solve the problem. Hitman showed up on time, their people were unfailingly polite, they worked quickly (not like they were watching a clock), and made everyone feel at ease (and answered all questions without hesitation) as they went along.I would recommend them to anyone experiencing pest issues or even not so that they can help new homeowners troubleshoot to prevent issues from arising. Worth every penny and then some!

The apartment suite I was living in had a cockroach infestation. We were not informed about the infestation before we moved in and we were very angry about it. I emailed Hitman Exterminators just for some general Q&A about Roaches. They replied to me the next day. I spoke with Jason Hiltz, He cleared his schedule so we could do a phone consult. He was very informative and super nice. I felt like I could trust him and like I was being look after. I didn't use Hitman Exterminators to treat the problem. but if in the future I ever need an exterminator I would 100% call Hitman Exterminators. I'm so impress with them.

These days, it is hard to find a workman. Harder still to find a good one. To come across someone who is competent and takes pride in their work and is easy to get along with and is reasonable priced, that is like winning the lottery. Actually, in the case of Eric from Hitman, it is better than winning the lottery. When you have an infestation problem, the money from a lottery will not do you nearly as much good as having an exterminator/fumigator who knows what they is doing.My husband and I have a small place in isolated rural northern Saskatchewan and, like so many others this summer, were overrun with a carpenter ant problem. What were we to do? None of the over the counter products were effective. None of the professional grade products were available to us. Yet there was no professional nearby. No one interested coming so far out of their way to help us. That is, until we contacted Hitman. Eric's work is good. His prices fair. His willingness to come and help us out was unbelievably kind. He solved our problem.What more can I say? If you have an infestation problem of any kind, do not wait. Do not call around. Do not waste your time that way. Call Hitman and set up an appointment and thank your lucky stars that they are there for you when you are in need.

After finding a few bed bugs in our house (my nightmare!), we contacted several exterminators. Most of them were abrupt on the phone or even rude, had long waiting lists and high fees, but Eric at Hitman Exterminators was very kind on the phone and reasonably priced. After a consultation that same afternoon, he explained everything about bed bugs and getting rid of them, including how we might take care of 90% of the problem ourselves. But after saying we wanted to get a chemical treatment he was willing to work with our student budget and laid out everything we needed to do to get ready for it. He did a thorough job, and so far, a few weeks after the treatment, we have not had any issues with bed bugs. We are very grateful for Hitman's quick, professional, and responsive service!

We discovered we had several cockroaches in one of our 49 suites which in reality was an infestation. We contacted a well known regional/national company and had very limited success.We then contacted Jason at Hitman Exterminators for advice, recommendations and a treatment plan. We had cockroaches explore and inhabit 3 additional suites. It seemed a DAUNTING situation but methodical review and treatment captured and eliminated most of the cockroaches within 2 treatment cycles. Hitman technicians returned for an additional treatment in one suite as a professional commitment at no additional cost even though there was not a contractual obligation.The recommendation of treating and sealing migration paths through building service accesses for plumbing and electrical has maintained a cockroach free building. I called Hitman on a Monday expecting to wait a couple days for a service call. They accommodated me right away, they let me send an etransfer as I had forgotten my card because i was in a rush. The exterminators were communitive, quick and did a FULL look over the outside and inside of the house. I believe they were diligent, helpful, quick and straight to the point and my favorite is very informative. They were affordable and would hire them again in a heart beat. Thank you!

I have a rental home and the tenant informed me that mice were finding their way in. Hitman was reasonably priced and was able to quickly get in for remediation; setting up bait stations and filling a hole in the foundation. Several months later, there was some evidence that mice may have returned. When I called back Jason, the owner, was very responsive, helpful, and willing to work with me to find a solution. These guys were great! We have had mice on and off for a year and couldn’t figure out where they were coming in. These guys came on time, they were in and out in 30 minutes (granted we live in a small apartment and had already done some sealing of holes ourselves), and they sealed up all possible entry points much better than we did. It’s only been a week but we haven’t had any mice since.

After going with the cheap guy who used a liquid repellant (which fried both the stove and dishwasher even though it was supposed to be nonconducting) instead of an actual insecticide, we found Jason and Eric of Hitman. They are thoroughly professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They guarantee their work for more than the lifecycle of the bug, where other companies give you 90 days max, when they know full well the lifecycle is more than that. Had a problem that I didn't really understand the extent of. They were amazing. Helped me understand what was going on (turns out it wasn't that bad and the solutions were very simple), walked me through what he could do, and what I could do to help mitigate the problem. I have small children and another company I called just wanted to use spray, while these guys made sure I had a solution that was within my budget, and I was comfortable having done around my kids (given that a non-toxic option was available for my particular situation). I could not have been happier. If you need an exterminator (or need to know if you need an exterminator) these are the guys to call as they will: 1) walk you through the problem and what they think the solution is 2) Wont just do the thing that gets them paid the most 3) Are a pleasure to work with.

I recently had an issue with bed bugs in my home. I contacted a local pest control company who assured me they would rid of my problem fast and efficiently. Not only did I waste tons of money, but they were never succesful in getting rid of the bed bugs. A friend had then referred me to Hitman Exterminators. They exceeded my expectations. Jason was easy and great to speak with, he took the time to answer all of my questions (I had plenty). He was patient and very kind. He scheduled me in quickly and soon I was able to meet his staff who were very knowledgable and considerate. They charged me a fair price and they got the job done in a timely manner. Had David come to our house this afternoon within half an hour of my panicked call! I thought we had a major problem on our hands, but he reassured us that it seemed to be an isolated incident. He took his time to do an assessment, and took the time to explain his findings and offer his suggestions. Hopefully we wont have to call again, but if we do, I wouldn't hesitate for a second on calling "Hitman" again! Thanks for showing up so quickly and helping to set our minds at ease, as well as providing some really helpful information!

We called Hitman last week. Prior to calling then we had contacted 2 other places. The first said he would get back to us shortly - never heard anything, the second quoted a price and actions we had to take - that would severely disrupt our home. Hitman called immediately and said not to do anything until they made an assessment. That is good business practice! The fellow was at our place asap. Extremely friendly and helpful. Jason discussed my concerns with me and gave me a very honest and reasonable assessment of how the mouse in the house issue would be resolved. What can I say....Jason is amazing! He is educated and extremely knowledgeable. He isn't just guessing, he knows his stuff. He has an agriculture degree and over 25 years experience to boot. I had previously called another exterminator and took the day off from work but they never showed up. So by mid afternoon I found the "Hitman" aka Jason on my computer. I told him my dilemma that I had with a mouse in my house and that I had taken the day off and another company had not shown up. Jason took the time to rearrange his schedule and was at my house shortly after 4pm that same day.He knew exactly what to do, what he was looking for and how to fix the problem so no more mice came into my house. He totally put my mind at ease. I was freaking out!! But his knowledge and expertise made me feel totally better and calmed me down. If there was an option I would be giving Jason "The Hitman" 10 stars. 5 is just not enough. His cost.....a fraction of what anyone else is going to charge you. He works with integrity!

We had a rodent problem in a house of ours and it was a time sensitive issue as there was a sale pending. I contacted Jason and he was there within the next day with a solution that everyone was happy with. Jason is Great to work with and I would recommend him anytime.

Jason is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to solve our wasp problem. Unlike other exterminators I called, he was easily accessible, and very personable while discussing the solution. Although he was very busy, he kindly squeezed us in within a couple of hours, and we are especially grateful for his timely service. I decided to contact Jason at HItman Exterminators based on the other excellent reviews he has received and I am extremely pleased with my decision. I have moths in my house(and larvae ugh!) and he very expertly and calmly advised me what to do. I emphasize calmly because I've been freaking out now for a month! He explained that with some attention and practices on my part that the situation should soon be resolved. I very much appreciated that he promptly answered my questions on the phone. And the fact that he told me a site visit and charge for such would be unnecessary is very commendable. I highly recommend Hitman. Thank you, Jason!

After calling a bunch of different companies Jason was the first to actually talk to me about what my problem was and try to find out some more information from me other than just giving me a price and asking when I would like to book.He came out for an inspection and he decided right away that he would just treat the problem while he was there instead of having to come back again. He and his wife were both friendly and understanding. I would recommend Hitman to anyone who is having a pest problem.

I called Jason from Hitman Exterminator about how to handle a wasp problem in my yard. The wasps were so bad my family and I hardly sat outside. Jason showed up with I few hours and handled the wraps. Jason was very professional and explained step by step what he was doing and how long it would take to for the wasps to die. I would highly recommend Jason from Hitman Exterminator

The 5 star rating is well deserved! Jason is a very professional, honest man and does business to best suit the client even if it means short-changing himself in the process. We had mice in our crawl space and from the first phone call Jason was answering my questions before I could even ask them. Very helpful and informative throughout the whole process and gave lots of pointers on prevention for the future. Would 100% recommend Hitman to family and friends. I called Hitmen Exterminators one evening after bees had nested under the back step and had managed to sting my husband, my two year old son, and me. Jason came the next day and took care of it. Jason is an incredible, honest man! He came to my maple bug infested yard and told he could easily get rid of them for $200 but they will come back in a few days. This is because they are a seasonal phenomenon and as he said, trying to get rid of them is like “trying to fight the wind”. Not only did he not charge me anything, he gave me advice on how to fight them with cheap home remedies, gave me sticky traps for free, and is going to email me with even more advice on dealing with them. I doubt most, if any other exterminators would have done the same thing. I don’t know anything about bugs so he could have easily gotten a lot of money out of me but he’s a rare breed - a moral man!Long story short if you don’t wanna get ripped off, call him!

I just called for a few queations and this awesomy guy talked to me and explained everything possible for what i needed to know for 25mins. I will for sure call him if i ever get actual bugs. But hope not 😊

Excellent customer service with getting rid of caterpillars on my acreage! Jason provided a quote very quickly, completed the work on time, kept me up to date on his progress, and offered to spray again if any new caterpillars appear (in case he missed any). We were very so Impressed with Jason at Hitman Exterminators. We had a major problem with Tent caterpillars and ticks on our acreage south of saskatoon in 2017 and in 2018 they were coming back but Jason looked after that problem big time. Plain and simple; Jason and his team do what they say they will do! They walk the walk!In our situation, on 2017 our acreage had been overwhelmed with tent caterpillars. After Hitman Exterminators dealt with the caterpillars this spring, the caterpillars are no where to be found! Excellent workmanship! Forget about aerial spraying in acreage applications. I've seen their mediocre results. Call Jason at Hitman and say good bye to annoying insects!

Hitman is the only exterminator that solved my problem. had chronic problems with bedbugs for TWO YEARS in a 2x2 apartment block. All four residences were affected. I spent well north of ten thousand dollars and just about lost my damn mind before I called Jason Hiltz. He explained why the other methods that we're tried couldn't work, what improvements to make so that the treatment would work and protect myself and my tenants from future infestations, and explained the process to me and to each of my tenants so we knew what we had to do to end that goddamn nightmare. We are fifteen months bedbug free. Thanks Jay.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They get the job done right the first time and guarantee results! They were able to answer all of my questions pertaining to cockroaches in my condo and even left some traps for me to use in areas where bugs or ants could enter. They went out of their way and even sealed around my windows to help keep out any other bugs that may have been making their way inside. My favorite part is that all products used in the building were completely pet safe which put me at ease. Hitman Exterminators is definitely worth it!
